This is Richard Bennett’s ‘65 Esquire with a Dave Evans PullString.

Its quite a rare guitar being that it is a black-bound Esquire in blonde.
Here is the back cover. Its quite large due to the amount of wood that must be removed to accommodate the pullstring.

Here is a closeup of the actuator.
The Evans Pullstring has been called by some the finest of all benders. It does have the advantage of an adjustable throw, and tension.
