3-Pickup Les Paul Custom Wiring Diagrams

In looking through my archives, I found these two wiring schematics. For those of you with a 3-pickup Les Paul Custom, or copy, these may be good options to try out.

First is one that utilizes 3 volumes, and a master tone. Please note that it does not use a selector switch. This is also known as the Mickey Baker wiring.

Here is the Frampton wiring that was used in his signature model. It looks to have the 2 outer pickups wired to the 3-way switch, and then the middle wired to a volume control only, allowing it to be blended in in any position.
